The resort will honor the group rate of $155.00/night (single) or $180.00/double for the three nights prior to and following the event dates.

DAILY complimentary hot breakfast buffet ($29.95 value, 7AM - 10AM) at the Slopeside Restaurant is included in rate (1 for single rooms, 2 for double rooms).

FREE self parking OR  $25/day valet parking

Pet Fee (taxable) $75 per room per stay​
Rollaway Bed (subject to availability, taxable) $20 per day
Current Room Occupancy Tax 11%

Resort Fee (taxable) 10%

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATIONS:

We strongly encourage you to stay in the lodge. Our goal is to bring everyone together to share meals, spaces, and be close to all of the on-site activities.

However, if you wish to stay in a condo as a group, there are 2 ways to do that within the resort:

a. Seven Springs condos which have a courtesy shuttle to the lodge

  - Breakfast is not included

  - Group rate & discounted pet fee do not apply

b. Privately-owned condos (AirBnb/VRBO)

Please do your due diligence and confirm condo pet policies, parking, and what resort amenities are included/excluded.

Seven Springs does not offer RV hookups, but does have large parking lots with ample space to turn around large vehicles as needed.
